About Our Moms
Cavapoo & Goldendoodle Mamas
Hours & endless hours are spent researching when we are looking to add to our program. Many of our dogs have been imported directly from Europe and for those that aren't, they too come from top quality lines! We don't cut corners on health or temperament! We have purchased dogs in the past and have removed them from our program as they didn't meet our rigorous standards both physically and mentally.
Because of our strict breeding practices all of our F1 Goldendoodle mamas are from our very own breeding's as well as most of our purebred lines we breed for ourselves as well. This is our way of ensuring that we have the genetics, temperament, look and size we are wanting. It is also a nice way for our families to get a feel for what our mature F1's turn out to look like.

Our sweet Kalli girl. If she is not right with her people (preferably on a lap) she is chasing balls. Kalli will spend hours just chasing her balls. It is her favourite activity. Kalli is the most loving and gracious girl. She loves everyone and everything but Balls are her obsession.

Hazy - Mini F1 Goldendoodle
Hazel "aka Hazy" is RMD's first famous pup and is adored by her Guardian family, which includes two adventurous boys. She loves to swim in the lake for sticks, cuddle by the fire or go for a hike if that's what her family is doing. Hazy has a gentle yet confident nature and always up for the next adventure - even if it's Island hoping on BC Ferries, crowds of people and whatever life brings her way. She's such an incredibly well rounded girl!

Indie is an excellent example of her breed! Family focused, loving, eager to please and as sweet as they come!! Indie has the most understanding nature and is often dressed up by one of her three young girls she lives with in her Guardian home.. She has never met a stranger and is a "go with the flow" kind of gal.

Introducing MAPLE, named for her exceptionally sweet disposition and deep maple coloured coat. She is a true companion dog and loves being with her people. Slim and athletically built, she loves being outside to play ball, sniff, run, or sit contentedly in the sun.
Inside the house, she is calm and quiet. In new situations, she is appropriately cautious until she feels comfortable. The highlight of her day is meeting people and playing with other dogs. Bonus—excellent car traveller, better than her humans!
